Snow melting is a specialized solution for areas where plowing and salt create safety or access issues. Pricing is based on area size, access conditions, snow depth, and time on site. Choose a retainer for priority response or request an emergency callout when conditions demand fast action.

Option 1: Seasonal Service Agreement

Term: November 1 – March 31 (renewable annually with 30 days’ notice)

• Monthly Retainer: $750/month

  • Guarantees priority response and locks in service rates.

  • Credited against your first melt service each month.

  • Non-refundable.

Service Rates (Contracted):

• Base Call-Out: $2,250 (includes mobilization, setup, and melting up to 50 CY ≈ 4 truckloads).

• Hourly After Base: $525/hr scheduled | $575/hr emergency response.

• Additional Melts in Same Month: Base remains at $2,250.

Payment Terms:

• Payment due upon completion.

• Credit card on file required.

• Net 10 terms available with 20% deposit.

Scope: SnowOps services apply to piled snow only (post-plow). Plowing, sanding, or salting not included.

Option 2: One-Off Call-Outs

For properties that prefer single-event billing without a seasonal commitment:

• Base Call-Out: $2,750 (includes mobilization, setup, and melting up to 50 CY ≈ 4 truckloads).

• Hourly After Base: $600/hr scheduled | $650/hr emergency response.

Payment Terms:

• Payment due upon completion.

• Credit card on file required.

• Net 10 terms available with 20% deposit.
